Myers down to Marco Island, the following Private Clubs are among my personal favorites.  They’re all GREAT places to live…with outstanding golf courses, luxurious homes—in a multitude of price ranges—and incredible amenities.  I’ve had Sales and/or Listings in most of these golf communities, and I’ve played almost all of these courses…and, they all have something SPECIAL to offer!

To help you better understand and match these golf communities with your personal lifestyle and budget, I’ve indicated the following information for each community…

• Bundled vs. Equity Memberships
  • In a Bundled golf community, you automatically get a FREE, full golfing membership when you buy a home in that community.  You pay annual membership dues, but you don’t have an upfront Initiation payment.
  • In this case, I’m using the Equity term somewhat “loosely”…to represent all non-Bundled memberships.  In these clubs, you do have to make an upfront  Membership Initiation Payment; and, you also pay annual membership dues. Each club varies with regard to payment schedule, equity/refund status, membership and golfing requirements, etc.  In most of these communities, the full golfing membership is OPTIONAL, so they also offer some form of  a “Social/Sport Membership” in case you don’t want the full golfing membership.  The “Social/Sport Membership” typically offers you limited golf privileges, but access to all of the other amenities of the club.
  • When we get together and personally tour all of the golf communities that best fit your needs and desires, I’ll fill you in on the specifics for each club and community.
• Exclusive “Guru Membership Cost Comparison”
  • This rating reflects the cost of each golf community, and is constantly updated for the “Incentive Programs” that are being offered by many golf communities
  • For Bundled golf communities…
    • $ $2,000 to $2,999 annual membership dues
    • $$ $3,000 to $3,999 annual membership dues
    • $$$ $4,000 to $5,000 annual membership dues
  • For Equity golf communities…
    • $ $20,000 to $49,999 Initiation payment
    • $$ $50,000 to $74,999 Initiation payment
    • $$$ $75,000 to $99,999 Initiation payment
    • $$$$ $100,000 & over Initiation payment
